After a 35-year career in health insurance leadership—including 30 years at UnitedHealthcare and five at Aetna—Regis has transitioned his focus toward supporting the vital work of Caritas Immigration Legal Services.

His background in Compliance, Operations, and Product Development allows him to bring a strategic, "systems-thinking" approach to the nonprofit sector. He is particularly proud to serve as a Volunteer Development Coordinator in support of the organization’s mission and its Director. He is focused on scaling Caritas’s impact and ensuring that high-quality immigration legal services remain accessible to those who need them most.
