Ernestina (Tina) Gyamfi is a healthcare and community services professional with experience supporting individuals and families in hospital and public health settings. Before joining Caritas, she contributed to health equity outreach, supported administrative coordination, and engaged in public health initiatives through volunteer research, nutrition education, and community outreach focused on mental health, food insecurity, and wellness. She holds a B.S in Health Sciences and is pursuing her MPH in Applied Public Health Sciences at UConn Health, while exploring future pathways in law and public-interest work. Ernestina is committed to supporting people with care and clarity as they navigate complex systems. In her free time, she enjoys experiencing different cultures through food, music, and dance.
