Meet our visionary leader, Attorney Jennifer Antognini-O'Neill, who wears multiple hats as our Executive Director and founder. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School Law, holding both a JD and LLM. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Manhattanville College.

Her journey into law began in the realm of appellate litigation, but it was her passion for human rights and social justice that steered her toward immigration law. In 2017, Jennifer returned to the University of Connecticut School of Law and completed an advanced law degree in human rights and social justice, with a strong focus on immigration issues. 

Today, she exclusively dedicates her legal prowess to providing humanitarian immigration services. With her unwavering commitment, Jennifer is the driving force behind Caritas Immigration Legal Services, leading us in our mission to make a difference.
